$270 p/week sublease, 3 weeks only
I’m heading out of Christchurch between March 6 - March 27 (3 weeks!) and looking to sublease my sunny Saint Albans bedroom and office space to the right person :)
Our flat is close to both the Merivale & Edgeware shops, 4 min drive/8 min bike into town, 5 minute walk from supermarkets. We also live right next door to a gorgeous park/garden.
My desk operates as both a sitting and standing desk and all bills are included in the cost. This will be perfect for someone who is looking for a temporary living situation in Christchurch over these dates, or wants a separate office space for three weeks. We have a great Sunbeam coffee machine, bedding and towels provided, street parking available, washing machine and gas cooking.
No couples sorry. Ideally looking for a woman in late 20s to early 40s. Tidy, trustworthy and must be LGBQT friendly <3
