We are looking for a couple or individual to rent our largest room. It’s a beautiful space with stunning mountain and ocean views. The room comes with an open wardrobe and cupboards for storage, but please note that the bed is not included. You’ll be living with a full-time working couple upstairs and one person downstairs. The room has an attached sunroom, but it is part of the adjacent main bedroom. On-street parking is available due to a shared driveway. Rent is $300 per week for a couple, covering board, power, internet, and gas, or $225 per week for a single person. We’re looking for someone who is either full-time employed or studying. The property is located in Moturoa, New Plymouth, close to the port.
