Charlotte's room

We’re looking for a new flatmate for our 3-bed, cozy flat in Kingsland! We’re on a quiet street (no off-street parking), around 5-10 mins walk to Kingsland Train Station and 5 mins walk to a bus stop into the city. Move-in would be around the 29th of March.

The unfurnished room gets tons of light and easily fits a queen bed with room for drawers, desk etc!

You’ll be living with 3 others, 1 guy and two girls (a couple): 24yo male studying a Master’s; a couple, 23 & 25, one doing postgraduate study and the other a yo-pro.

You’ll also be living with two cats—one older ginger cat and a four-month-old kitten —so ideally you love cats and don’t mind being woken up in the morning by an insane kitten (picture included)!

We’d like someone who’s around a similar age to us, LGBTQ+ friendly, and likes to socialise with their flatmates! We’re not a party flat but we do a lot of activities together (including cooking, board games, movie nights, social sports, and reality TV viewing) so would love to live with someone who wants to join in and make new friends!
