In central Auckland’s Grey Lynn, this is a beautiful self contained studio in a large sub-tropical garden. It has an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Fully furnished with double bed, microwave, fridge, kitchen implements and crockery, table and chairs, desk and shelving. Unlimited broadband, access to a pool and beautiful outlook over the garden. It has a separate entrance to the main house but is close to it. I am looking for someone who wants to live independently - this is not a ‘flatting’ situation. You would have use of the laundry in the main house but be otherwise independent. I would enjoy sharing the garden with you whilst we each maintain our privacy. 3 minutes walk to bus, shops, bars, restaurants. I would want someone who would rent fairly longterm, if we find we are compatible, ( ie not just for a couple of months.) and would like someone who is responsible, comparatively quiet and works away from home during the week. This would suit a student or professional person. $365 p wk, all inclusive. No smokers/vapers

Owner lives in the main house. Older woman working part time in the arts. Independent living - this is not a flatmate situation ie you would be a boarder. Friendly contact but not in each other’s hair.
