I have a large, furnished room available in the Wellington CBD with a kitchen, shared bathroom and an additional toilet available. Rent is 210 + utilities per week. 2 girls and 2 guys are the current flatmates, they all keep to themselves and are super helpful and sweet. Location is fantastic, with a major bus stop right outside and a dairy downstairs, new world, Cuba st and the waterfront a 2 minute walk away. We have a washer and a dryer in the apartment as well.
