The flat and bedrooms are fully furnished with a sunny backyard, private deck, coal BBQ and off street parking (3 spaces total, using 2 already).

Large north facing window, king size bed, drawers, mirror, wardrobe. If you prefer, I can swap out the bed for two singles.

Downstairs there is a large garage with laundry, pool table and a second full bathroom.
