Brent's room

This boarding arrangement offers two available rooms. I work shifts and will primarily be staying elsewhere, only visiting occasionally to maintain the property (lawns, general upkeep). Depending on occupancy, there may be another boarder or I may occasionally use one of the rooms myself. This setup provides independent living situation while still offering the convenience of a managed home.

Room Options Large Room – $350 per week Includes:

• Queen bed
• Double wardrobe
• Dressing table

Small Room – $250 per week Includes:

• Double bed
• Single wardrobe

House Features & Amenities Included

• Electricity and internet
• Heat pump / air conditioning
• Full access to bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and common areas
• Washing machine and small appliances provided

I am generally quiet and easy going, you will have a lot of privacy as i will only be away most of the time.
