Sackville Street

It is a 3 story property, myself and partner live on bottom floor, living room and kitchen in the middle floor and then the room for rent and one other room and shared bathroom at the top! We have lovely views of auckland from our upstairs deck, we also have a heated Communal pool and gym, in Grey Lynn, close to busstops bars/shops/cafes, about a 10 minute walk to Ponsonby!

I am Emer, 33 from Ireland, I work as a receptionist in a vets Mon-Friday. My partner Nathan , who is also Irish, is a facilities manager who is 36, also works Mon-Fri and there is also Scot from Scotland who works at the bar near our house who is 32, we enjoy socializing together at weekends and sometimes go adventuring/trips/kayaking or else go to the bar! We are all pretty chill and easy to talk to and get along with, we barely see eachother or hear eachother in the house during the week and then come together at weekend to be social but nothing too mental, we have been living together for 4 years so all pretty close just need another person on the same wave length 😊
