We have a lovely room available in our four bedroom flat in Te Aro. It’s located very centrally, just off the corner of Abel Smith and Willis Street and an easy walk to Cuba st, Aro Valley shops, and the CBD. The room is generously sized with a double wardrobe and would be great for a couple ($300/week). With a large north facing window you’ll get warmth and sun all year round. The house was built in the last few years and so is well insulated and has double glazing. We tend to only need to run the heat pump sparingly in the winter as it doesn’t get all that cold inside.

There is also a locked storage room below the house if you have anything that needs to be tucked away. Off street parking may be available for an additional $30/week, we’d just have to check with the landlord. There’s also a smaller room that would be great as a spare room or home office which you can rent for an additional $100/week.

You’ll be living with two girls in their mid 20s both working full time one as a teacher and one as a lawyer. We’re always keen for a chat.
