Elevated, beautiful sun-filled house with views out to Rangitoto in peaceful bush setting. Stones throw to waterfront and all public transport. Massive lounge, spacious dining, close to all amenities and laid back easy-going flat mates. We like a few drinks/BBq etc and the home is large enough for personal space when needed . Quiet neighborhood and respectful towards neighbors. Large workshop and garage to use! All amongst a large bush area and big backyard. All enquiries welcome.
About the roomies
One female student and two male professionals. We’re respectful, quiet, enjoy early nights with shared meals on occasions, few drinks and board games.
