Looking for someone to take over my room in a two-story home, available immediately. I’m moving out to move in with my partner whose purchasing his own home (I wouldn’t leave otherwise - my flat mates are awesome!).

The lease runs until November, making it a great temporary option with the possibility to sign on yourself for 2026 if you’re interested.

• #3 bus route at the end of the driveway – direct to the city in ~30 minutes.

You’ll be living with a friendly and considerate group of flat mates (2x female, 2x male) in their mid-20s to mid-30s, a mix of professionals and older students. Plus an awesome small bird named Pepper (visits shared areas occasionally).

The vibe is quiet and relaxed—definitely not a party house—but still social. They enjoy occasional communal meals, board games, and the occasional TV night together. Everyone is active, crafty, and respectful of each other’s space.

The flat is kept tidy with shared cleaning duties, and essentials like dish tablets and cleaning products are split evenly (in addition to rent). Non-smokers only please. Security deposit negotiable.
