Donald's room

The studio is self contained with private bathroom and seperate toilet. There is no kitchen but fridge, microwave, air fryer, kettle and toaster provided. The bedroom opens onto a shared deck area for easy access. Three rooms comprising the bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet with your own access. Quiet and safe area. Ferry only 1 km away, for excellent access to the CBD. North facing and very warm and dry rooms.

Quiet single person preferred, your space is your own. The main home is occupied by a professional couple with two small dogs.
