Hello I’m looking for a new flat mate or boarder to rent a fully furnished double bedroom in an Aro Valley Character (historically listed ) Cottage. You’ll live with just one other flat mate (me). I am a female settled public servant. The bedroom is freshly repainted, and has a brand-new double bed, with a build in wardrobe. The house has a DVS and I recently installed a heat pump / air conditioner and a new oven. Decent garden area, green outlook, birdlife. Securely gated and pet friendly. $310 per week (including all expenses included except food) On-street parking Walking distance to CBD.

My name is Hilary Montgomery, and I work full time as a public servant. I grew up in Wellington, so I know it pretty well. My interests are animals, the ocean (swimming and diving) minerals/gemstones and learning about other cultures. I would describe myself as more left leaning than right, with a quirky sense of humour. I’m a vegetarian, but am open to having a flatmate that is not.
