Tracee's room

Choice of two rooms - either a massive bedroom with huge ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe/dressing room ($420) . 2 x mature flatties (1 male, 1 female in 50s). Elevated house up long right of way. Very secure. 2 lounges, huge kitchen and dining room. Private outside decks and lawn area wirh lots of storage in house and garage. The flatties are friendly and respectful of eachother’s privacy. Easy walk to beach and cafes at Mairangi and Murrays bays. Move in date is very flexible for the right person. We also keep one bedroom spare for the occasional guest and/or work from home.

I’m only moving out because I’m transferring with work otherwise I would be staying in this fab set up. The remaining flatties are both 50s. Full time workers. Sporty (tennis, swimming, mountain biking) with lots of out of work interests. Everyone gets on and maintains a tidy house.
