The room itself is very large with space for a large bed and desk if required. Inbuilt wardrobe.

Good internet and water pressure. Modern kitchen. Balcony, large communal lounge/dining area and communal office space. 2 bathrooms.

Can come with good condition bed and mattress.

$25 weekly for bills.

Roomies are Felix, Max and Zoe with her 2 cats!

Max is a school teacher who loves all things arts and craft! 🎨

Zoe is arriving from Australia late April with her two cats and is a prosthetics engineer. 🐱🐱

‘Zoe (she/her): engineer currently in the process of moving from Narrm Melbourne. Current hyperfixations include caving, F1, and making silver clay jewellery, occasionally can be caught revisiting past life as a classical muso. Cat daddy to Rocket & Goose.

Rocket: 2 years old, lives in three main modes; snoozy, slinky, and off chops. Food fiend with a concerning lack of awareness about his status as an obligate carnivore, his conquests include an entire piece of vegan lasagna and corn on the cob (separate occasions). He’s looking for a housemate who will buy his love with (cat-safe) treats.

Goose: 4 years old going on 80, known to fall from the top of cat trees and not land on his feet. His preferred method of communication is intense eye contact and telepathy. Goose is looking for a housemate who he can quietly sit in the same room as and judge.‘
