Amber Patterson's room

Its in a quite student and family lived street, with on and off street parking. All rooms have a built in wardrobe, (the room will be Unfurnished).

There is heating, ventilation and air con system. A duel washing machine and dryer + clothes line outside, there is also a dishwasher.

There are 4 flatmates, 2 females and 1 male (1 couple) ages from 19-26. We are a friendly and social group, we enjoy watching the occasional movies and friendly chats. There are 2 students, one studying Computer science and the other studying psychology, while the other two are working full-time.
