Steph Samuel's room

The room available is the master - sunny, with 2 x double wardrobes and its own entrance to one of two terraces. It comfortably fits a king bed and a desk + chair, perfect if you WFH or just like a lot of space.

The flat itself is tucked away in a quiet spot, surrounded by chill neighbours and a 5mins walk to Ponsonby Road. You’ll be close to cafes, restaurants, a convenience store and a liquor store - basically all the essentials. It’s about a 25mins walk to the CBD, and there’s a free carpark if you drive.

Bit of a disclaimer: my current flatmate is taking all the lounge furniture, so the living room will be a blank canvas - ideal if you’ve got stuff or want to help shape the vibe. Also worth noting: there are quite a few houseplants, so bonus points if you’re someone who appreciates a leafy corner or two.

A little about me: I’m pretty chill and tidy. I enjoy a few drinks, a good show, music, and cooking (hope you come with an appetite, because I tend to cook for an army). I’m super respectful of your space as I require the space.
