Harrow Street

The flat is a 3 bedroom house, 2 upstairs rooms sharing one bathroom and 1 downstairs room with another bathroom Downstairs. The listed room is one of the upstairs room. It’s very spacious and warm and gets a lot of light as it has two windows. RENT INCLUDES WIFI BUT NOT POWER- POWER IS AROUND $15 A WEEK

The room is furnished with a bed, mattress, a bed side table, and a desk with a chair ( a heater is available upon request). The property itself is nice and secure inside a grey fence. We have a little shed and a little garden area that the landlords say can be used if we want. It is only 8mins away from town/hospital and uni, uni is more like 5 mins away. The area is not very loud with party’s, we don’t often hear any parties, however we are right by the main road so may have noise from cars and trucks.

You will be living with three 22 year olds, one studying psychology, one studying postgrad neuroscience, and one just graduated and working now. Myself and my boyfriend are sharing the downstairs room as it is designed for couples with an ensuite, and you will be sharing the upstairs space/room with a female.

We are very chill people, we often have friends over just to play games together like cards or like Mario kart. We do host parties for birthdays or special events but not often so don’t worry! We know how to be serious and be quiet as we all do taxing degrees.

We ideally would like someone who is okay to hang out with but also knows how to chill in quiet as well.
