Come join our flat in Roseneath! ☀️ The flat is 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, has a spacious lounge, massive kitchen, and a separate office for WFH! Fully double glazed windows with central heating through the flat.

The room is well suited for a single or couple. It has a double wardrobe and plenty of space. Also the most amazing view over Wellington! 🌅

🚗 The flat is a 5 min drive to Hataitai which has all the fast-food places you need like Burger Fuel, Hells Pizza, Falafel House (the best kebab you will ever have!), etc.

🚏 The 20 bus stop is a 5 min walk from the flat, and it takes you right into town, super handy if you work in town!

🚴 Otherwise, if you are a keen walker or enjoy biking to work, it’s straight downhill into town!

You will be joining 4 flatmates aged 26-30, one couple and 2 singles. They are all working professionals. They are all easy-going and friendly 😊 They enjoy sharing the communal spaces like the lounge and kitchen, and a fun chat at dinner time after work. We are not a party flat, but we enjoy being social as well as respecting everyone’s personal space.
