I’m looking for 2 friendly, social, and reliable people to rent out the two vacant rooms in this recently renovated home close to town (Hastings).

1 room is 3m by 2.7m, the other is 3.43m by 3.2m, and has a set of built-in drawers. The prices would be all inclusive of Wi-Fi and fair use of power

As a property manager manages the rental, the applicant must be okay with going on the tenancy agreement (meaning you’d need references and be able to pay bond of $867).

Ideally looking for a couple of people who would be happy with the odd movie night and dinner because it just makes life more enjoyable ya know. The house is fully furnished, so all you’d need to bring is bedroom stuff, your own food, and some plates/cups/bowls for yourself. I do have 2 cats, so it would be ideal if future tenants like pets. Another cat would be negotiable, with references for the landlord ensuring its housetrained etc.

I work full time in Horticulture so I bring home a lot of fruit I love having shared dinners, movie nights, cocktails etc I also have a bunch of plants I’m hoping to find flatmates who are similar to me, ideally all of us would get along and stay long term
