Bedroom available in a lovely Kelburn home with the best views in Wellington!
The bedroom available is cosy with plenty of natural light, year-round sun, a wall-mounted heater, and its own door out to the back of the house. It has a built-in wardrobe. You would be sharing the communal bathroom with one other flatmate.
This home is the upstairs unit, with access up to a small lawn and deck above the house. There is a washing line, and built-in seating on the deck to make the most of the stunning view.
The house is very spacious with plenty of natural light and year-round sun.
We are looking for someone who will be clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful, and also enjoy a laugh and a chat and the odd flat movie night or board games night. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly flat.
About the roomies
The existing flatmates are two full-time workers in our early thirties: one male govt worker and one female primary school teacher. We are quiet and friendly. We are into the arts and music, and also a range of other interests.
