Double element stove top. Fridge. Microwave oven. Rural setting, located just 5mins drive from Carterton township. We are looking for a respectful and reliable person who will enjoy a rural setting. Your own garden space and courtyard, clothesline and some old raised beds for growing your vegetables. This is a sleepout attached to the back of our garage. We are happy to offer up half of the double garage as storage to the occupant for their vehicle and such.
