Rooms Available:

3 bedrooms in the main house ( two sleepouts are occupied ).

Room 1: Master Bedroom - Large double room with built in double wardrobe with drawers

Room 2: Cozy single room with built in wardrobe

Room 3: Cozy single room with built in wardrobe

Rent:

$250 a week per room ( Fibre Internet included ) + shared expenses ( Power ).

Furnished Room Kitchen with appliances ( oven, microwave, jug, toaster etc ). Shared bathroom for flatmates in house. Spacious living area with plenty of natural light. Kitchen and Laundry shared spaces with current flatmates Super close to Uni, cafes, and Hillcrest amenities. Dishwasher, Washing machine, Fridge and Chest Freezer provided.

Current Flatmates:

Two of us ( Matt and Sean ) live in the sleepouts, so you’ll share the main house with other new flatmates. We’re friendly, easy-going, and enjoy a balance of socializing and respecting personal space. Ideal Flatmates: Looking for tidy, respectful people who are keen to keep the place clean and contribute to a positive vibe. Students, professionals, or anyone reliable welcome! No pets, non-smokers preferred [adjust based on your preferences].
