There are 2 rooms available. Suites a small family or single professional or student. Rent is for 1 person. If more people or family then rent will be negotiated. Owners live on the ground floor and this accommodation in under the house but not basement. Separate entry. Small garden in front. Owner take care of lawns. Overlooking beautiful waitakere ranges. Huge rooms and a living room fully furnished. Basically a 2 bedroom set with laundry, shower and pantry (kitchenette). Electricity and water on sharing basis. Close to all amenities, primary schools, shops, public transport, hospital and supermarkets.
About the roomies
I live and work in NZ but my family lives in Australia. Therefore the rooms are available. My ethnicity is Indian and I am living in NZ since 2002. I am very easy going and friendly person and like to help others.
