You can pause your Roomies listings so they no longer appear in search results and you will stop receiving enquiries. If you need to start your search again it's easy to reactivate them.

Complete an inspection report

This protects both parties by creating a record of the state of the property. It can be referred to later if required. We recommend the free myInspections app to take photos and sign a report on your phone.

Complete a roommate agreement
