Hello I am Peter . I am a licensed Building Practitioner working full time in Auckland on a long term contract. I own my own home in Northland and am looking for a comfortable base in Grey Lynn or nearby suburb during the the working week. Ideally I am looking for a room with an en suite, a self contained studio or accommodation separate from the main house. I am quiet, tidy, respectful and a non smoker .I enjoy a peaceful home environment and take pride in looking after any property i live in. I happy to provide references and look forward to finding a long term arrangement.
