I’m an 18yr old uni student currently studying commerce but will be doing a creative marketing/film diploma at Yoobee next year.

I’m Planning on leaving halls before Tri 2 starts on July 5th. So I’m keen to move in within the next few weeks.

I’m looking for a place close to the city and the Kelburn and Pipitea campuses. So flats in the Kelburn, Thornton, Te Aro area would be super ideal!

I’m a very respectful, tidy, and chill person. When I’m not being a hermit and studying I’m a very sociable person and will be keen for the occasional drinks or movie night and shared dinner! I do also value my downtime and respect shared spaces. So idm a party or a quite flat, either will suit me :)

My budget is $200pw including expenses. (I’m willing to pay a little extra for expenses for the right place tho)
