Hey.. so I have one bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment at 34 Kingston st.. my current room mate is leaving the country on the 12th of august so I need someone else to replace her.. rent will be $200 weekly.there’s unlimited wifi - which is a extra $10 weekly or you can pay $40 monthly and the electricity will just be shared at the end of the billing period.. I have a lease till 13th of December so we can choose to either extend the agreement or move in somewhere else together/ separately.. whatever works I’m chill .
