Hi, I’m James!

I’m looking for a new flat as the owner of my current place is keen to go solo and turn it into a family home.

I’m someone who enjoys making the most of life. Outside of work, I’m usually keeping active through hiking, running or spending time at the gym. I enjoy cooking, good food and having a relaxed, positive home environment.

I’d describe myself as pretty laid-back, considerate and easy to get along with. That said, I do appreciate a clean and tidy home and take pride in keeping shared spaces that way.

I’m looking for a flat with positive, outgoing people who enjoy being active and have a good balance between socialising and doing their own thing.

Good communication is important to me. I’m not one for passive aggression or the silent treatment. If something needs addressing, I’d much rather have an open, respectful conversation about it. I believe that goes both ways.

Ideally, looking for a flat that feels like a home, rather than just somewhere to sleep!
