Hi I will be moving to Christchurch end of January to study full time at Ara. I will be 10 to 12 weeks in Chch and 10 week placements in Invercargill, it will be like this for 2 years. While I’m on placement I would move out and could not pay rent while I was away because I will need to pay rent in Invers. This might work for someone that has a spare room and doesn’t want a long term tenant. I will be moving up from Queenstown, where I have lived for the last 10 years. I am very active and love to MTB and will be out riding when I’m not studying. I am easy going, chilled, like the occasional beer or wine in the evening or after riding. I love to cook, good with kids and pets, tidy and respectful.
