Hey! I’m a 29 year old guy from Europe looking for a place until sometime in October. I’m looking for a social house share but not a party house where people respect their space and alone time. A relaxed and chilled place to have a drink after work, a little gossip and chat about something meaningful. Good WiFi is essential due to my work and parking would be ideal. I work remotely as a senior engineer in the IT industry, trade in the evenings and game in my spare time so I am in the house a lot but generally keep to myself unless people are keen to watch a movie or something. Interested to find some time to meet new people as I don’t really have anybody in New Zealand. I’m very reliable with payments, hate owing or borrowing things so you will be sure to get rent as soon as its due. I’m very respectful of different lifestyles.
