Hello! I have recently secured a full time job in Greenhithe (Auckland) area, so looking for a flat in this suburb. Preferably under $240 including expenses. I am looking to move in mid April at the latest. Ideal place would be furnished (room with a bed and a desk), able to use the kitchen and cook, quiet/peaceful, non-drinking, non-smoking, non-partying flat with young professionals.
