Hi there,

I’m currently staying in Hamilton to help family with recoveries post surgery and unexpected hospital stays. I’m keen to remain in the Waikato, so I thought I would check if anyone in Hamilton has a furnished room for rent or board towards the end of August. (Pref near CBD, The Lake or Dinsdale).

I’m also open to providing some live-in assistance, if thats what you need.

I’d describe myself as light hearted, trustworthy and reliable. I enjoy household chores and yard work (not joking!) and I’m happy to sort out my own meals.

Animals love me and I’ve performed plenty of house and pet sitting over the years. I’ve also lived with a variety of people and never had issues. (Your house, your rules).

My work history most recently includes 25+ years as a govt employee and prior to that I worked in legal firms.

I come with good references, am negotiable on the amount of rent or board, and always pay bills on time.
