Hi there,

I’m relocating back to Hamilton from Christchurch and looking for a fully furnished place to stay near the end of August, for at least three months, while I settle back in.

I’m currently living-in with pensioners, helping out after surgery and an unexpected hospital stay. It’s made me realise I should return to the Waikato. I’m also open to a live-in care arrangement if that’s something you’re looking for (- as it turns out I’m pretty good at it!)

I’m a tidy, reliable tenant with great references and I always pay rent and bills on time.

I’d describe myself as easy natured, happy to be sociable or quiet depending on the household, and I always pull my weight with chores and yard work. I prefer to sort out my own meals.

I like getting out and about but also enjoy the occasional quiet day at home, and you won’t notice I’m there unless you want to.

Animals love me and I’ve done plenty of house and pet sitting over the years. I’ve lived with a variety of people and never had issues. Your house, your rules.

I vape outside only and enjoy the occasional wine, and I’m hoping to find a mature, respectful household.

I offer $200 p/w for furnished board/internet and am happy to pay my share of electricity as the bills come in. (Or alternative arrangement if you require care)
