Hi guys, I’m looking for a self contained unit or a place with one existing flatmate. If I could find something quite private originally a separate wing would be ideal.

I am prepared to pay generously also as my income allows me to do so. I’m a great housemate and have references. I pay for more then my fair share of bills and on time, I am clean and tidy, respectful, I also keep to myself on the most part as I work a lot on my business and on other opportunities, I’m great with kids and animals and I’m low maintenance and drama free. I love to garden and mow lawns, I love to escape into the backyard for down time. In summary I’m housetrained, house proud, very independent and self sufficient.
