LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO RENT – LATE OCTOBER

Kia ora, I’m Scott and I’m looking for a place to rent from the end of October. I’ll be working full‑time between Silverdale and Auckland CBD, so anywhere in the North Shore or along that commute works well (Albany, Browns Bay, Mairangi Bay, Takapuna, Northcote, etc).

I’m open to house sharing or renting a place on my own.

• Full‑time Site Manager • Clean, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with • Non‑smoker • Quiet during the week, busy with work • Reliable with rent; references available

Pets:
I have two cats, but they won’t be moving with me at first, so no pet impact initially.
