I am respectful, clean and tidy and happy to help with chores. Looking for a room to rent close to work in Stanmore Bay. I have a soft wheaten terrier who is 18 yrs old called Jack. No health problems, quiet and he is cat friendly. I’m currently paying for a room that is over my budget and sharing a property with too many roomies. I prefer a more peaceful private setting. I would prefer a room that has access to a yard where Jack can come and go while I’m at work. If there is any thing I have left out please feel free to ask away.
