Nobu

I am a retired (65yrs) Japanese female who is capable of paying rent on time. I studied linguistics at UoA many years ago, and still like to read books and the news on the internet at home in my spare time. I like a clean and tidy place, and am able to maintain an environment to make it so. I also like gardening, and am often going outside to look after a communal garden, walking, and going to the gym. I respect others privacy, and like being alone sometimes but not anti-social. I do not smoke and hardly drink alcohol.
