Jean-Louis Barry & Maté Radics

A friend and I are currently looking for two rooms in the Papanui, Northcote, Casebrook, and Redwood areas of Christchurch. We are looking at the west side of town as it is more convenient for us during the week to be close to work and study. We are both Christian and currently attend Linwood Avenue Union Church where we serve in leadership positions. I am a parish councillor and my friend is an assistant treasurer. I am Presbyterian by denomination and my friend comes from a Quaker background. I am currently studying for a degree in Theology at Laidlaw and my friend is an apprentice baker at Pak ‘n Save Northlands and is studying accounting at night. We are both tidy people who will pay rent on time. I am quite social, but also like having my own space. I love board games and have two bookshelves full of them, which I am happy to share with flatmates or play with them occasionally over the weekends. Otherwise, I tend to keep to myself. My friend will probably keep to himself most of the time as he also does deliveries for uber eats when he isn’t studying, or working his main job. Ideally, we would be looking to move in on or around the 14th of January as that is when my current lease expires.
