I am quiet, tidy and pay my rent on time every time! I work full time Monday to Friday (sometimes weekends too if the boss asks me nicely). My 2 cats are extremely well behaved, I would be happy to pay a pet bond if that helps, it’s a huge struggle to find anywhere that allows pets!
