Really friendly and super tidy. Would prefer to live with one other aged 30-40. Fairly active and social but do love downtime. Love a wine or a beer and a laugh but can appreciate quiet time and personal space. Would like my own bathroom, decent closet and car park. A decent size room or a small space as I work from home two days a week sometimes no days a week depending on schedule. Preferably Onehunga, Sandringham, Mt Eden or pt Chev but not limited to and close-ish to the motorway. I’m not in a great rush as I’m hoping to find something and someone decent. FYI totally house trained!!
