Xabier

Hi, my name is Xabier! I’m a Spanish PhD candidate at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, and I’ll be undertaking a 4-month research stay at the Auckland Institute of Bioengineering. I have an MSc in biomedical engineering and focus my research on computational cardiology. As a result, I’m looking for a room as close to university as possible for the duration of my stay.

I consider myself to be an extrovert and a people person. I enjoy traveling and hiking, so I intend to make the most of my time in New Zealand by going on as many excursions as possible. Otherwise, I consider myself to be a disciplined and tidy individual. I’m looking for a peaceful apartment where I can unwind after work. In addition to English, I speak three other languages, so if you want to learn Basque, Catalan, or Spanish, you won’t find a better roommate.
