Hey everyone 😊 my name is Pear! I am a 22 years old international student studying at vic 😃

I pay rent on time, if not earlier, i am very friendly, tidy, respectful, responsible, clean, considerate person.

• looking to move in on the 20th of feb 2023, but would be keen to pay a few weeks before for the right room!

• preferably furnished room or partially furnished room, HOWEVER, unfurnished room is also ok😊

• locations : kelburn (preferably), te aro, mount cook, newtown, thorndon or anywhere with a bus straight to vic uni kelburn campus 😃 (bus 18,21,22)

I am looking for a social flat as I want to make new friends, a place to call home away from my home country and I love the idea of doing things together as a flat!! 😊 however, I also like to keep my life a little busy with uni and lots of sports (badminton, basketball, netball, volleyball), go to the gym, i am obsessed with film photography and I love travelling. I am a foodie, i love eating different kind of food! The perk is that I can cook my grandma’s authentic Thai food recipes 🥰

My flatting experiences; i was flatting with my friends in Dunedin when I was 18 years old! Before that, I had been living with my host family in Dunedin since when I was 14 years old until when I was 18.
