Hello,

I am seeking a fully furnished, comfortable and convenient place to stay during my upcoming internship in Wellington. With a mature and responsible outlook, I am excited to immerse myself in this new experience.

The ideal location for me would be in close proximity to Wellington city, specifically near the Beehive near where I will be working. I also require an off-street parking spot for my convenience. My work assignment spans from November 13th to February 9th, and I will need accommodation for approximately a week before and after these dates and will be back home the week around Christmas/New Years. This time frame coincides with the summer break for university students, including myself, who currently studies at the University of Waikato - Tauranga. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Business with an Accounting Major, set to graduate at the end of next year.

During my internship, I will be fully engaged in my work during weekdays. However, I plan to make the most of Wellington’s weekends, either by relaxing or exploring the city.

My respect for others’ belongings, as well as my cleanliness, reflect the high standards I hold for myself. Although I have not previously lived in a boarding or flat-sharing situation, I am confident that my responsible demeanor and positive attitude will make me an excellent tenant. I am independent and capable, able to handle cooking, cleaning, and other household tasks.

It’s important to note that I am not inclined towards the party culture; I prefer a quieter and more focused lifestyle but don’t mind it around myself.
