Surrounded by local bush walks too. Albany motorway is 15 mins. Parking on property, own shower/bathroom, and possible expansion to second room for storage or office space. Great outdoor space, with private pool, and bbq area. Great booking system to share space so you can invite friends over, as am away most weekends.
