Currently I’m in Tapu Thames on a working holiday. I have a trades background and am doing building maintenance where I am at the moment . This will come to an end shortly and am needing to find a place more permanent. I’d like to find a sleepout or studio pad but am open to being in a flatmate situation. Clive, Harmoana, Te Awanga and Waimarama is my preferred location. I’ll even consider Central Hawkes Bay as long as we are not too close to the city. I like the peace and quiet and the simple life I.e reading walking fishing etc. I’m a non smoker and have a quiet beer now and then. Can also provide references.
