Hi I am from the Netherlands. I lived for 9 years with flatmates in The Hague. So I am used to live with flatmates.

After years of dreaming about traveling around NZ, this dream finally came true at the end of September 2022. Since then I have been traveling around NZ on my working holiday visa. I have my own cars since a month, because traveling with busses was so frustrating and made me almost cry a few times.

I just love the nature and doing activities in the nature. I enjoy cooking and eating, especially the eating😉. In the weekends/free days I like to rest, go to the beach/park or cafe with frieds or alone (you can always meet new people if you want). And I do love to go dancing now and then. Love music, especially those good oldies or the guilty pleasure.

My favorite activities in the summer. Enjoying the nice weather and be outside as much as I can or want to be, haha. Having a picknick or drinks with friends in the park or on beach is just amazing. And a bonfire at night is just the Cherry on top.

Favorite activities in the winter. I like to ski/snowboarding or have a nice walk. And to be inside, because I am always cold. So drinking thee, making some hot food/drinks, hinding under a blanket, reading a good book or playing bord/card games is my go to during the cold periods.

What you can expect from me as a flat mate? -loves to cook for people - understand the mening of you own time. We all need it - a weekly cleaning schedule for the general area is no problem at all - I can learn you some Dutch - A caring flatmate who loves to laugh - And more
