Looking for preferably own unit, if not ensuite with own bathroom is perfect. Space is essential so we have some space to lay our yoga mat and do some exercise. Budget up to 400 inclusive all bills, most importantly have space for my little car too. We are both nice and easy going person. Clean and enjoys knowing more people as well. Preferred location at centre of Auckland, somewhere at Pt Chevaliar, Remuera, Parnell, Saint Johns or anywhere that is convenient to take bus to the city within 30-40mins but in the same time not too far from Saint Johns.
