Hello, I am international student from India and looking for an affordable room in and around the University of Waikato as I am attending classes there for my masters. I am a clean roommate and a quiet person who is also social. I would prefer my own room in a shared space. I have no specific conditions for my stay / food habits. I would make an easy roommate to live with.

I am looking for a private room with it’s own bathroom (not a must and open to shared bathrooms) in a house / apartment. I would like to be around an active crowd as I am a student and new to the place. My schedule would be going out for classes and exploring the place during the day and make food/arrangements for the next day at night. People in 20s and 30s preferred.

I am good with any roommate i.e vegetarian/not, pet owner/not, smoker/not and drink/not. I can cook and a tidy person in general. I do party but not a party animal, I am not loud when I am home and I love pets.

Looking to find a place where these bills are shared i.e rent, utilities and wifi and having in-house/basement laundry & dryer. I do not own a car currently so would like to stay near to grocery stores and public transport stops/stations. I prefer to make my own meals as Indian cooking is different from other cuisines but I do like and know to cook some of dishes from other cuisines.

I like trying new dishes, artsy creative things, participate in volunteering activities and pet sitting. I prefer to live amongst people of different cultures as it opened up a lot of new doors and life long friends.
