My name is Leon Vere. I am originally from Durban, South Africa. My friends would describe me as easy-going, independant and sarcastic. I’m an Electronic Installer by trade and work normal hours 8-5 during the week with the occasional working out on somedays and will be home at night.
I am a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning shedule to keep things organized and would like my own bedroom. My budget is $300 per week and I am looking to move in sometime during March 2023. I hoping to find a place near 74 Nelson Street, Petone, where I will be working. Thank You
