30, female, working full-time in Admin at the Chch Hospital. Currently seeking a private room in a house/flat that is about a 20 minute walk from the city or near frequent public transport as I do not have a car. I would ideally like to be living with 1-2 other flatmates max. I only come with bedroom furniture (queen bed + desk) and have no pets but do not mind living with them!

I am a tidy person, who pays rent/bills on time + non-smoker. I work Monday through to Friday but on my days/nights off I do enjoy having chats over drinks/meals (no dietary requirements), do art, listen to music, game nights, watch movies and go out for walks.
